Currently serving as the Academic Director of the Mathematical Division at Creators Research Techademy, he is committed to fostering excellence in mathematics education through innovative teaching methodologies, advanced curriculum planning, and teacher training.

Mr. Doss holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics (M.Sc.), a Master’s in Education (M.Ed.), and a Diploma in Teacher Education (D.T.Ed.), equipping him with a strong academic foundation and pedagogical expertise. His vast career spans various leadership roles, including:

• Academic Director – Spearheading academic excellence and research in mathematics education.

• Principal & Vice-Principal – Successfully led schools, implementing CBSE norms, student-centered learning, and teacher training programs.
